Partners Agreement to Exhibit

By submitting this AGREEMENT TO EXHIBIT,
1. EXHIBIT SPACE: Requests for space will be date-stamped as received at D&D Management Services LLC and allotment of space on a first-come basis.
2. EXHIBIT FEES: $ 300.00 Table Space (includes lunch)
3. CHARACTER OF EXHIBIT: D&D Management Services LLC reserves right to decline to permit any exhibitor to conduct and maintain an exhibit if in their judgment, the exhibit shall in any respect be deemed unsuitable.
4. INSURANCE: Exhibitors desiring insurance upon their exhibits must place same at their own expense. The association will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits or for any injury that may arise in exhibit area.
5. OTHER ACTIVITIES: No entertainment, meetings or similar activities will be permitted in hotel suites, meeting rooms or other private or public facilities during hours which conflict with scheduled D&D Management Services LLC
